More than one kind of healing.
A curated network of independent practitioners, each offering their own services, working together under one roof and in step with your physician.

Holistic Solutions
Holistic Solutions NB is a team-based counseling practice offering individual, couples, and family therapy for adults, teens, and children. Their approach is systemic, looking at the whole of a person’s life before deciding where to focus, and their roster of licensed therapists covers a wide range of specialties. Lead therapist Kimberly Knox, LMFT is also a 200-hour Registered Yoga Instructor who offers private therapeutic yoga sessions bridging the mind-body connection. Sessions are available in-person or online.
Savage Therapy
Laura Richter brings over twenty years of clinical experience to work with adolescents, adults, and elders. Her practice centers on healing trauma and finding the path to an authentic self, drawing on EMDR, ImTT (Image Transformation Therapy), and The Daring Way, a curriculum rooted in Brene Brown’s research on shame resilience and vulnerability. She sees clients individually as well as in family and couples contexts.

Casey Sparks Therapy Services
Casey Sparks works with teens and adults who are ready to do the work. Her focus is brain-based nervous system regulation and effective emotional processing: identifying the patterns and behaviors driving unhappiness and building practical skills to change them. She is a committed LGBTQ+ ally and creates a safe, collaborative space for individuals of all backgrounds.
Neurofeedback
Neurofeedback is a non-invasive, drug-free modality that works by delivering a brief, imperceptible microcurrent signal to the brain through lightweight EEG electrodes. The signal is designed to support the nervous system’s own capacity for self-regulation, helping the brain shift out of stuck patterns linked to stress, trauma, cognitive fog, and chronic nervous system dysregulation. It is not a medical treatment, and it is not a substitute for therapy or physician care. It is a complementary modality that many clients find accelerates the results they are already working toward in therapy or primary care.

Gruene Dragon Wellness
Gruene Dragon is New Braunfels’ established acupuncture and oriental medicine practice. Both practitioners hold master’s degrees in Oriental Medicine and are trained in acupuncture, Chinese herbology, and traditional diagnostic methods including pulse and tongue analysis. Raymond Fairfield’s additional background in sports medicine and massage therapy makes the practice a strong fit for pain management and athletic recovery. Initial visits include a comprehensive health history and run thirty to ninety minutes.
Serenity Wellness Massage
Serenity Wellness Massage blends traditional massage techniques with modern therapeutic technology, including the Tennant Biomodulator, a microcurrent device that works at the cellular level to reduce inflammation and address chronic pain. Sessions are appointment-based, fully individualized, and available Monday through Friday. Pricing starts at $90 for a 60-minute massage.

Yoga Classes and Group Wellness
HCIH hosts regular yoga classes, group wellness sessions, and community events open to everyone, clients and neighbors alike. Classes are led by credentialed instructors, with programming designed to support the same whole-person philosophy that guides individual care at HCIH.
Yoga is one of the most evidence-supported adjuncts to mental and physical health care, with documented benefits for stress, anxiety, chronic pain, sleep, and nervous system regulation. Our group offerings are designed to complement, not compete with, your individual care.
