Brain Wellness
Neurofeedback

Neurofeedback is a non-invasive, drug-free modality that works by delivering a brief, imperceptible microcurrent signal to the brain through lightweight EEG electrodes. The signal is designed to support the nervous system’s own capacity for self-regulation, helping the brain shift out of stuck patterns linked to stress, trauma, cognitive fog, and chronic nervous system dysregulation. It is not a medical treatment, and it is not a substitute for therapy or physician care. It is a complementary modality that many clients find accelerates the results they are already working toward in therapy or primary care.
